Maybe....who knows. Darkrai is banned from PvP so many wouldnt be willing to catch it xD. They may or may not add it. Chances are that theyd add it for the next halloween event(which i doubt) or as a seperate legendary obtainable by a quest.

Search for darkria as an event too many pros and cons my friend Darkria has legendary status in my book this halloween who knows but as a holiday event it would recieve too many status pros and cons
