After merging servers i choose the wrong one and I had to get all my medals again ( just 4 or 5), and when i found ash he said pikachu was not my starter pokemon and left. Please help me, I don't want to start a new account to get Ash's hat. Thank you and regards. I'm really sorry to hear about your situation, but unfortunately we cannot help you regarding your starter. If you chose the wrong server and have already progressed with the story on said merged account, we are unable to unmerge your account again for you. Take note that our database will take the starter on the main server you chose. Therefore, if you didn't pick Pikachu on your chosen main account, then it wouldn't say your starter was Pikachu and will not let you do the Ash Hat quest. Nevertheless, please don't let this get you down. There are several other cosmetics that can be bought from other players as well as from the coin shop. The quest is also not a requirement to progress in PRO. If you'd like to transfer servers/reset your account, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again.
