So I stopped playing this game for like a year and half and now I started it again but all my progress is lost. Previously I had defeated the kanto and johto region but now iam back to square one I was on blue server but now there is no blue server only gold and silver

Hi dude your account is not lost, blue and red got merged and basically accounts on both can also be merged or separated but you need to go on to the account dashboard.

Then all your pokemon and region completion should be on the Silver server.
