Can't swap and store my pokemon [SOLVED]

Hi ! Since the servers merged, I can't swap pokemons in my team or store them in the PC anymore (except for my Totodile, I don't know why). I'm on the silver server (and I just arrived in Johto and got my new starter, don't know if it can help). Does someone had the same problem and know how to solve it?

Hi there. I've moved all your other 5 pokemon into the last slots of your PC. Could you verify that for me?

Yep these 5 pokemon are now in the PC. So I tried to catch a pokemon to see if I can now swap and store but when I enter a battle, the game crash : I mean I cannot move my character but I can hear the battle theme song. ^^"

Hi there. Glad to hear that your pokemon has been resolved. From your private message to me, it seems as if the crash was caused from your side and therefore you might have been returned back to your last visited PC since it will count as you losing a battle. Nevertheless, you should still be able to play the game normally afterwards. Please let me know if you encounter any further issues.
