For Sabrina I'm note sure but I remember she always asked for a well-trained pokemon

Is the room on the same place for every player on said day? I also believe most clues are not riddles but useless and it's designed that once you are in the correct sector it's just a gamble

Treasure room location is diffrent for everyone.

And yes, its random that if you will get all three kinds clues poiting exactly where this room is.

And, in my opinion, its still good, becouse you have guaranteed fossil and you can revive one for synch for free.
