Hi Logge, and welcome to PRO! You can always ask staff members to help you trade evolve; if none are on at the time, you can make a trade evolution request here.

 

Also, should anything happen to your Pokemon and the player doesn't give it back, be sure to take screenshots of the full trade agreement and the trade, and report it in the Report Center so PRO Staff can help retrieve your Pokemon. (For more information on reporting, please read How To Report).
