Hello,

 

My account is unable to login to the server currently. I believe it to be caused by the fact that just a few minutes ago I disconnected from the server (connection issue) while in combat with a wild pokemon.

 

Any help would be appreciated,

I've got the same issue, was in a battle with someone then everything froze so I disconnected. Haven't been able to login to Gold Server since

I was not in combat with a wild pokemon and have also been dealing with this issue. The server status still lists the server I was on (gold) as online, so I'm not sure what the cause is. Hopefully we're back in soon.

This is ignoring No news or notice even the server status is online.

At least a small tiny msg to let us know the admin have acknowledge this issue. :PixiuRIP:

I just started yesterday on Gold server and now i can not connect to the gold server today. I can log on to silver but it wants me to start over.. Any help or suggestions ?

I logged into Silver, logged out and it allowed me to log into Gold.

 

Not saying it'll work but it could be worth a go.

Hello there. The Gold server is currently down, but is on its way up currently. As of now, when you log in, you may experience a ghost queue. Now, as stated in the General Support Rules, please do not ask regarding server status. You may check server status by using ^up in #bot-commands in our Official Discord.

 

If you are able to see a "Logging in" prompt and it fades, please be patient as at this point, the client is attempting to establish a connection and/or will place your account in a temporary "ghost" queue. Afterwards, you will be placed into the server at a later time without being able to see the queue box. It happens when having many people join in server, so try to restart your client and try again. It can take 3-5 times for the queue to be shown.

 

Ghost queue or invisible queue is a queue with a longer time taken to get into the game as the servers need to process everyone trying to log in at the same time. You may experience it usually when the servers are back up after a maintenance or a server crash when a surge of people trying to get into the game instantly. When it says "Logging in..." just give it some time. It will takes a few minutes to get into the game.
