I think in your own pc you should be able to organize your Pokemon how you want. Like Sync's with other Sync's. Fire types with other Fire types. Etc... That way if your looking for certain type of pokemon you can go to said box to look for that Pokemon you want.

it is possible to organize it just by putting them in the slot then moving to the pc soon it gets disorganized again it would be great to organize those who have already been trained or those who lack training evs or those who need lv in order

would improve and much if it were possible to name the slots and put the pokemon freely without having to complete one slot to start the other.

if the intensity and know how many pokemon I have just put a counter on the pc that shows how many pokemons are stored
