Not Getting Registration email

I decided to make a new character with a new name, as i wanted to change things up and play again etc. so i made the new character with a new email address, and the confirmation email never showed up, i checked inbox, spam, junk, everything, and i have re sent it numerous times. is there a way to fix that? please help

Hello there! Could you follow the steps here to get the activation email resent to you? It is also good to note that Gmail is the most likely to receive the email. Don't forget to check your junk mail and make sure you typed your email correctly. This could take up to 30 minutes. Using a different browser could also help.

followed it, tried a different browser, and still dont have the email. is it maybe my email address?

 

Could you try possibly using a different e-mail and having the registration email sent there?

i cant log into the account to change the email

 

Well, we send up to 5 mails per hour and IP, you can't receive more. Therefore, I advise you wait an hour before trying to resend it again. Just remember that if you create a new account, you can only have a maximum of 4.
