I don't getting gems in kardiology cave

 

Hi there, are you talking about the Gems in Kalijodo Cave? If so, first you need to go back to the entrance of the cave and talk to the Magma Grunt after defeating the Aqua leader. If you haven't done this, you won't be able to obtain the gems. Therefore, please make sure you've done that first.

 

Now, if you'd like to know the locations of the gems, they can be found in the Vulcan Island Walkthrough. Nevertheless, here are the locations.
