At the moment i think 150k-250k is good price for it cus lots of froakies around .Maybe once event is over, they would worth more

 

And pvp aspects, froakie needs minimum 27 speed iv to outspeed some specific pokemons, so eventhough the ivs looks flashy, people wont offer much

You should check its hidden power tho . if its some good hidden power, it will worth lot more

    200k seems a fair price for this one because of the 21 IV on speed. After it can increase a bit if the hp is good like IFamouz said.
