i have done the merge but i don't have pokemon in my account so i can't keep going

Your account would’ve been wiped if it was inactive for a year and had less than 10 hours on it. This was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes. If ever your account was wiped, then we wouldn’t be able to retrieve your data. In this case, we may be able to offer you an account reset.

ok but i buyed some cloths and mounts with credits, i don't want to lose them

 

Hi there. I've put in a request to have your account reset. I'll let you know once you've been reset. Please be patient while your account is being reset, I'll let you know when it's done. If you can provide a proof of purchase that was sent to your email which states that you have purchased coins, please make a post in Donations and Coin Issues explaining that your account got wiped so that you may have your coins restored on your new account. If your cosmetics were purchased using the 80 coins you had on Silver, then I'll see if I can have that placed on your reset account.

Your account has been reset on Silver. You should also have the 80 coins you had after merging, so you can rebuy your clothes/mounts.
