Okay so I beat boss Erika 3 times and got to the part where I could choose what Pokemon I want. While thinking about it. I disconnected and now I can't claim my Pokemon is there a way to fix this? I was wanting a timid larvesta.

 

Hello there! I'm extremely sorry for any inconveniences caused by our crashes. To start, It is important to note that the risk of being disconnected, can be minimized with a few solutions. For scheduled maintainance, you may check the Discord for updates when the server will be going down. Announcements are usually released there, saying that the server will be going down in x amount of time, to minimize your losses.

 

As for server crashes on our end, unfortunately, they can be unpredictable at times therefore we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Nevertheless, in cases of long downtimes and numerous crashes due from our end, we may sometimes issue compensation to our players.

 

Next, ensuring a proper connection on your end also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection. You may also check with the following questions:

 

▪︎ Are you using Proxy?Try not using it, and then test again

 

▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school?Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case

 

It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this postYou could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first.

 

Finally, it would be unfair to the other players who have accepted their losses due to crashing (regardless of our end or theirs) if we restore your cooldown/reward and not theirs.
