Logs on just fine but when I go to the gold server I can move and I have nothing please help

Well, let's start with getting you out from being stuck, can you please try the following?

▪︎ Try Alt+Tab

▪︎ Use an Escape Rope

▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter

▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar

▪︎ Log out, and then back in

Hi there. Really sorry for the delay in response. It seems as if the game isn't loading fully. It's possible that your connection may be the cause of this and thus, you're missing pokemon. If so, you may wanna do the following:

* Call your internet provider.

* Troubleshoot Your Hardware.

* Turn Off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps.

 

Nevertheless, I've checked your data and everything should still be in place for when you are able to acquire a stable connection. Try to log on your desktop/laptop with proper connection and it should solve your issues.
