I'm sorry to hear about this inconvenience, but currently PRO is only available in English. Nevertheless, you can use the command /cgjoin french to join a chat channel for those who speak French. As quoted from the Suggestions stick thread: PRO's main storyline will be kept English as the widely accepted "official" language in the game, even by bilingual players.
