Se me pego el juego al entrar a vulcan ahora no carga ayuda please

i was in vulcan island shore. for now i cant go to vulcan island ?
If your last visited Pokecenter brought you outside of Vulcan Island, I'm afraid you will need to wait outside of Vulcan Island until the map is fixed. Going into that map will cause you to be stuck in the loading map screen again. We will announce the fix on PRO Discord, or I will personally quote you here and let you know when it is fixed. Sorry for the inconveniences caused by this!
