Hello!

 

As you have not played ever before, it is obvious there would not be a Merge button on the Dashboard. Please, can you make sure your Password is alphanumerical (only letters and numbers) and also make sure you are not using CAPs while trying to log in. If this is not the case, try to reinstall the game and attempt again. Good luck!

Thanks, it worked after removing ö from my Password.
