I assume you had recently merged your account. This bug is a common and known one for players who recently merged their accounts. You will just need to wait for a staff member to help you. Please, mention the name of your Pokemon that have been stuck. I presume they need it to help you. Have fun!

I've moved your Pidgeotto, Meowth and Eevee to the last slots of your PC Storage; please have a check!

I haven't moved the Torchic as it's a Hoenn Pokémon, you should be able to move it freely whilst being in the region.
