I would like to report a bug on the move Bug Bite. In guild, we were talking about Bug Bite on Scizor, so i verified the Base Power supposed to be 135 with STAB + Technician and... it works correctly. And we were wondering if the second effect works. And this time it seems to not work :

Bug Bite secondary effect is supposed to : Takes and uses the target's Berry.

 

In this case, my Jellicent had a Lum berry, it's why i burned the Scizor to see if he will steal the Lum Berry and use it. But nothing happened, Bug Bite just did the damages, no secondary effect. Btw, my Scizor had no item, so no reason to not steal.
