I'm having an issue in viridian city, where I am supposed to fight Jackson, but whenever I walk up to him, all he says is "Don't you EVER come near me again!". I've talked to his mom, and my character's mom, and yes, I have battled him in pallet. Thanks in advance.

Hi there. If you've lost to Jackson, you can't rebattle him again. After talking to his mom in Pallet, you should be able to carry on North towards Route 2. If you need any further help with the Kanto story, feel free to check out the Kanto Walkthrough.

Hi, I haven't lost to Jackson yet, and even if I have, when I go to talk to his mom, she is still on the earlier stage where she asks me to find her son.

If the only way to fix this is to make a new account, could I have my membership and mount transferred to that account.
