Upon trying to log back in, it just says "Connecting to server" and then times out. I have tried closing and reopening countless times. I can log in on my phone just fine. Afterwards, restart your entire client then try again. As quoted from a General Support Sticky Thread: 6. If after loading up the launcher (and after when you press the "Login" button) the message "Connecting to server" appears and afterwards the screen freezes and nothing happens you will need to completely close the client and open it again (it can happen 3-5 times). It seems as if it's an issue with your Internet Service Provider (ISP). As the error is from your end, we can't really do much about it, so I suggest contacting your provider to inquire about their service status. Called Comcast and the automated voice replied they were having technical difficulties...never spoke to anyone. I hard reset my router, unplugged the cable from the wall and pulled the power.
