I put 25 euro in the game and I am ban for no reason? moreover the game and not even an official payment the payment I do not speak it must be paid money to some suspect perssonne ...? so I ask for a refund or my account on the server silver if I made a mistake called me ... it will not happen again ... because I did not pay 25 euro for nothing! Please keep in mind our General Support rules, this one in particular:

2. Do not report players or appeal bans here.

 

If you do not know why you were banned, or want to check the length, check the Dashboard first.

If you feel that your ban is unjust, you can make an appeal in Discipline Appeals subforum.
