But covet is one of 5 attacks mankey can learn with lv 1. so, can i found an mankey with covet on route 22 or can it just relearn the attack? thx for help. You'll need to teach your Mankey Covet from a relearner. You can also use pokemon with Theif/Frisk or you can catch the pokemon as well.
