Hi there. Unfortunately, you cannot get Mega Pokemon as of now. Bosses have Mega pokemon though, but they are not obtainable for players. There is no ETA as to when they will be added. However, you can keep an eye out in the In-Game Update Log and Downloads and Update Logs for when they are added.
