I try to install new update an it says app not installed the package conflicts with an existing package by same name what do i do....

What i did was to uninstall the old apk and install the new one.

How you do that on Android i deleted the old app an installed it again but it wont finish installing because it says app can be installed when app exist with same name but I don't have the app I deleted it

    I have the same issue. I haven't deleted the old version yet. Also android user.

    installed the roots version but now i cant get into the gold server and if I do the app closes as soon as I get into a battle with a wild pokemon

    Its telling me i need updated version of game but i updated roots
