Membership reimbursement? [SOLVED]

Just wondering, as well as many of my guild members. Will we be reimbursed membership hours at all? It has been quite some time, and disrupted our playing hours. Asking for all of our phone players, as we dont have access to any pc devices.

Hi there. We're really sorry for the inconveniences caused lately. For those of you who lost membership time due to the recent crashes and technical issues we had, a 3 day MS extension has been granted to you.
