This is an issue with Windows 10 and unity its self, more importantly DirectX 12 incompatibilities (Windows 10/Directx12 are really buggy still) You can fix this by trying the following. Run it as compatability move with Vista (to force directx 10) Downloading directx 11 installer (not the online one), and installing that.
