Hello Vicky9605, This message is normal. In order to enter the deeper part of Stark Mountain, you must first meet the requirements for the Heatran quest. You will need to: • Defeat the Sinnoh Elite Four • Have at least 150 hours of playtime in the Sinnoh region (this can be checked by speaking with Rowan in Sandgem Town) • Have only one Pokemon in your party that is level 60 or lower Once these requirements are met, you will be able to proceed further into Stark Mountain.
