If you skip the initial three and choose that hidden option instead, it unlocks access to the Ash Hat cosmetic quest (a secret quest that many players don’t discover at first). Just keep in mind that you can’t obtain the Ash Hat without selecting that specific hidden starter at the back of the room, so it’s something to consider before making your choice.
