IGN: Angerxxtr Server: gold I started the Zekrom Quest a while ago, but I was unable to finish it. Now that I want to continue, the quest NPC shows that I have already fought the required battles and earned the points, but I cannot fight again or progress further. It looks like the system marked me as having already completed the battles even though I never actually finished the quest. Steps to reproduce the issue: 1. Talk to the NPC to register my Pokémon for the Zekrom Quest. 2. Try to battle for quest points. 3. The game says I already completed the battles, but I cannot continue or gather the required points.

Only they can resolve this. Other players infractions are between them and staff alone. I apologize for the inconvenience but If your friend has put in an appeal and is waiting, please be patient as staff as a whole is understaffed, and each staff member has many responsibilities to which they cater. This is after all a voluntary role and staff members have their own responsibilities outside of the game which include but are not limited to jobs, family, children, their own free time and availability, and time zone differences.
