Greetings, After returning to the game and spending a considerable amount of time playing, I've had the chance to experience much more of what Pokémon Revolution Online has to offer. Overall, I've been enjoying my time, but there are a few aspects of the game that I believe could be improved to provide a better and more enjoyable experience, particularly for newer and returning players. The points below are meant as constructive feedback based on my own experience. My intention isn't to criticize the staff or the game, but rather to highlight areas that i believe could benefit from some attention. 1. Outdated Guides / MisinformationWhen searching for a specific NPC or trying to complete certain quests, things can quickly become unnecessarily time-consuming due to outdated or inaccurate guides. Some quests can already be confusing on their own, and outdated information only makes the experience worse. For example, during the main storyline in Vermilion City, when you have to board the S.S. Anne, I managed to figure it out fairly quickly. However, the friends I introduced to the game became confused by the NPC interactions and ended up wasting even more time following outdated guides. (I also misinformed them because my memory tends to surpass me) Suggestion: Perhaps the staff and community could work together to create and maintain updated guides for story progression, quests, boss mechanics, EV training, and other commonly searched topics. I believe this would greatly improve the experience for both new and returning players. 2. Story Bosses / CooldownsThe cooldowns for storyline bosses seem to be inconsistent. I'm currently at the Hoenn Elite 4, and after being defeated several times, i noticed that the cooldowns varied significantly. Sometimes they were around 5 hours, while other times they ranged between 12 and 15 hours. Suggestion: I don't believe cooldowns for storyline Elite Four are necessary. I understand the intention may be to encourage players to prepare better before trying again, but in practice it doesn't really achieve that imo. Instead, it simply becomes frustrating, especially for newer players who are still learning the game. Lastly, as a new player who has already invested quite a lot of time into the game, I've tried asking staff members questions and even attempted to discuss some of the concerns mentioned above. Unfortunately, I've usually been ignored. I don't take it personally. I understand how difficult it must be to handle the volume of questions and messages that staff receive every day. That said, the combination of these issues has gradually made me feel less motivated to continue playing. I genuinely enjoy the game and want it to succeed, which is why I'm taking the time to share this feedback in hopes that it can help improve the experience for future players.
