If you wonder why you didnt outspeed is because Avalanche is lowest priority, it will always attack in last. Baton pass work fine with speed.

Greetings @SnappyWNL. I apologize you have faced troubles in your legendary quest. To start the Regi Trio Quest you require all non-legendary caught data for Hoenn and Hoenn Championship. You can reference Content Update Logs for all of your legendary quest prerequisites. Our systems show that you do not have caught data for all non-legendary Pokémon in Hoenn. You still need to catch 253, 254, 256, 271, 272, 275, 301, 316, 317, 323, 325, 326, 332, 335, 350, 356, 369. Let me know if this helps and Please reply if you have any further question.
