Hi Luckymx0, I can see that you have beaten the Hoenn E4 and while you can revisit the moving van there is no reason you should be stuck in it or have had your pokemon removed. Can you please provide a screenshot of the issue so I can see before deciding the best way to help you.

A colleague looked into this for me and has said that the email address for your accounts was wrong. Please go to the dashboard and check your email on there, change it to the email that you use and then please try again. Please note that the emails for pro may end up in your spam folder so check there too. If you continue to have issues please create a post in email recover and assistance subforum and staff will assist you from there.

You have done two trades this month:
- Natu level 8 to Rytane1579
- Scizor & Gengar level 100 and Tyranitar level 83 to Madara8x
If this was as you say a loan for one battle that wasn't returned than please post in report center with as much evidence as you can provide and a member of the moderation team will try to assist you with this issue when available.

Hi Sleepybuddha, as glitcch1 mention above, please check your spam folder in the email address you use as it is a common problem for PRO emails to get sent there. If it isn't in the spam folder please check on your dashboard that it is the correct email address linked to you account. If it is the correct email address and it's not in your spam folder than please let me know here and I will assist you in getting your device confirmed.

I was trying to play this on my smart tv but I cannot seem to get past the user agreement. I have connected controllers, remotes, keyboard and mouse even tried my phone as a remote. I can't seem to get anything to click the agree button. Is it not possible to start the program with controller access turned on? Or can I not play it on my tv because it's not touch screen...
Hi MangyCrow, as you've posted a few times I've merged them all into this one thread.
I have never heard of anyone playing pro on a smart TV and neither has one of the other CCs I've spoken to. You've given us a rather unique problem to solve. I have contacted a member of management regarding this and am currently awaiting his reply. I do not have an answer for you regarding this problem at the moment and am just replying now so that you know we've not ignored your support request and are looking into it. I will reply again after I've spoken with the member of management regarding this.

I evolved my Pikachu into Raichu before getting the HM Surf. Later, I go to Route 19 to the NPC VIctor who is the one who teachs your starter pikachu surf but, he doesn't let me teach it saying "I can't teach it Surf if your pokemon already knows some event moves, man".
What does that mean?
Hi Fiii, I'm unsure why it gives that message but Raichu cannot learn surf. I tested it out and had a level 5 Raichu with only thundershock, tail whip and growl and couldn't learn it yet when I tried with a Pikachu it had not problem learning it at all. After speaking with some other staff members it is only Pikachu that Victor will teach surf to, also it's not just starter Pikachu but any Pikachu can learn it off him (activates a few week long cooldown once taught). If you really want a Pikachu with surf my advice would be to catch another Pikachu in order to teach it surf as we cannot de-evolve Raichu back into a Pikachu.

hello, i'm a newbie here just beat the seventh gym in kanto and i find out that the next gym will be pretty hard and i've to beat Elite 4 to able to move to johto, and now i'm ev training my poke so i'll be able to beat the Elite 4. it's been a couple days and if made good progress with my sp.atk and speed EV training but training EV atk points it's been a quite chalengge for me, i can't find a good place in kanto where i can EV atk train my poke. so, i just wanna ask if someone got tips or places that i miss in game about EV atk training. (note: now i'm training my poke at route 12)
Hi YotamJo, the Kanto safari zone has a EV training area that cost 10,000 pokedollars for 20 mins or 2,000 pokedollars if you have a safari pass active. It has dedicated areas for each EV but it's quite expensive for someone who hasn't beaten Kanto E4 yet. Route 24 (just above Cerulean) is the EV training spot in Kanto and you can train each EV there at certain points of the day. For atk EVs if you surf on route 24 during the day (10:00 - 20:00) then your pokemon will only gain atk EVs. The image below shows the different EV areas in each region and what EV is gained at which point of the day. I hope this is helpful for you.

yesterday one guy lended me 2 pokemons to exp them till 90 level for 50k pokedollars each. A Larvesta with id 33220455 and a Marshtomp with id 41354202. After 4 hours (lend time) i had already leveled them up to 90 but when they returned to their owner for some reason turned 15(larvesta) and 29(marshtomp).
My nickname in case you want to check if i exped them is VehicleOutOfGas and his nickname is Solivagant. Is there any way that u can make it up to him?

Hi VehicleOutOfGas, that is not a bug. When a pokemon is loaned to a person they return to the owner in the exact same condition they are loan in. What this means is that any levels or EVs gained and moves changed will return to how they were when the pokemon were loaned once they're returned to the original owner.
When doing a daycare service the owner needs to trade the pokemon over and not loan them in order for the EV training and/or levelling to stick. I hope this clarifies things for you.
I will pass this on to the trade mods with regards to if there's anything we can do your Solivagant as I do not know if we can and this is more their area of expertise than mine.

My little brother played a long time ago on the red server before the server merge, he didn't do the dashboard thing and he couldn't log into the silver server today. He tried to get a new password here https://pokemonrevolution.net/forgot-password but it doesn't work, the wheel is rolling endlessly. Is there a solution to get it back ?

Hi Terreoak, your brother needs to go onto his dashboard and merge his accounts before he can play on silver server as he cannot play on the server on an old red/blue account without first doing that.
It's simple to do and only takes a few minutes. This thread explains how to merge an account and has screenshots as well to show where to go. The important thing for him to do is when merging the accounts is to select red as his main account. This will let him keep the progress he had on red server when he plays on silver.

Oh I tried to use an HP UP on it and it said it was ineffective! Maybe the person I traded it from had used HP UPs when he was ev training it?
Just to be clear: I can still ev train it in the safari zone for example and the evs will affect its stats?

HP up wouldn't work because the HP EVs are already over 100. Stuff like HP up, Carbos etc only work up to 100 EVs per stat, after that you will have to gain EVs via battling. Yes, you can still EV train in safari or on wild pokemon and the EVs will go up until it hits the maximum of 252 per stat and 510 overall.

I was wondering whether you could help me delevel my ferrothorn. It is currently lvl 100, but it isn't fully EV trained yet. I tried to ev train it despite it not being able to level anymore, but it does not seem to be working.
My player ID is makeitwitchu and I play on the silver server.

Hi makeitwitchu, you can still EV train at pokemon at level 100, you do not need it deleveled in order to be able to EV train it. In the screenshot you provided it looks like the pokemon has been EV trained as shown by the circled area in the image below.
EVs are gained by winning battles and has nothing to do with levelling. What exactly are you trying to EV train on it?

If you try to log in to the gold sever, it looks like you've been initialized, and if you try to log in to the silver, you won't be logged in. Is there a problem transfer the sever? Or is it my problem? Please sovle my problem.
Have you tried retyping your password? If that doesn't work can you try resetting your password by clicking this link. It will ask you to put in your username and it will email you a password reset link where you can put in a new password (you can "change it" to the current password, so if your password is Pikachu1 you can change it to Pikachu1. Once you've done that can you let me know if you can log in or if you're still having problems.

I signed in after applying for transfer from Gold sever to silver sever, but i cannot log in to silver server. By any chance, i logged in to the Gold sever , and it was initialized.
What should i do to solve this problem?
Hi sodin, I'm sorry for the problem you're experiencing. I can see on our tools that the server transfer has happened so there shouldn't be a problem with logging onto silver server. Can you tell me or provide a screenshot of the message you get when you try to log in?

I didn't know that when envolve my Growlithe to Arcanine, my Arcanine can not re-learn old moves that have learned when he was a Growlithe.
So i need to turn my Arcanine to Growlithe to re-learn old moves.

Hi quangdtq, I'm sorry but we cannot de-evolve a pokemon, it's not that we don't want to but it's literally impossible for us to. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear but unfortunately we cannot help in this case no matter how much we want to.
There are several things you can do though:
- As Gloomyfire mentioned you can use the pre-evo tutor at the back room of daycare to learn moves from the previous evolution. This is there because a lot of pokemon that evolve via a stone cannot learn moves that the previous form could learn.
- You mentioned that you do not have it unlocked but you can ask others who have it unlocked to go for you and trade the Arcanine to them, wait for them to do it and get the arcanine back. Please be careful if you do this though, keep a record of you asking for them to do the service for you as well as screenshots of the trade so that if for whatever reason you don't get the pokemon back then staff can get it back for you. As you can see doing this is risky, it's best to do it with someone you trust. If you are a member of a guild then I'd ask a guild member to do it for you.
- Arcanine can still learn TMs so you can teach it moves with them.

I've been hunting Axew (lvl 16-18) in granite Cave B1F for a couple days now. Everything worked fine before, but since yesterday the Repel trick doesn't seem to work anymore. I have used 100+ (100+!) super repels without any result. Yes, i only hunt at night/morning as stated in pokedex. I will include a screenshot of my Repel trick poke's for axew in this post. I also tried Repel tricking houndour (lvl 22-26, route 7) since axew didn't seem to work anymore, also without any result. (Btw ofcourse i changed the lvl 16 dratini for a lvl 22 vulpix for houndour + taken into account he also only spawns at night/morning).
I don't know if this is a bug or if you maybe removed the repel tricks. Also i apologize if this isn't the right place to post this.

Hi Wizzy22, I'm sorry but it seems you're just having a run of bad luck. I tested it myself and got an encounter with repel trick as shown below. It took me about 70 max repels before I got it. You shouldn't be getting them every 5-15 super repels considering the tier of the pokemon and the tier of the others in the area but then again it is RNG based. Sometimes you get lucky and get more, sometimes you get unlucky and can't find anything. I hope you luck changes soon dude as the repel trick still works.
