Hi, please be aware that the game is in live beta and crashes can happen. I know how annoying it is when it happens and it’s unfortunate when they do but it is a risk you take when playing the game. It is annoying when it happens, we know that but unfortunately there is nothing we can do at this time about it. Aso for not being able to rebattle the grinch you were battling, as Bio said, if it was a normal Grinch then just continue with the story as it's just an npc battle and has no impact on the story. The Grinch leader shouldn't have a cooldown if you lose so if it was him you were battling then you should be able to rebattle him right away. Yes, once you've beaten all the Grinches the police lock the cave and you cannot re-enter. You need to go to whoville mayor and santa to collect your rewards and you will have finished the story part of the Christmas area. Also while you cannot re-enter the cave there are still other things to do on the event area like hunt for xmas pokemon and battle the boss. Hope this helped.

Hi dude, first off I'm sorry for your bad luck, and that is what it is, just bad luck. The rerolls are random which means when used it can become any nature including the nature it was before. If asked, we do warn players about the potential of it happening. Unfortunately it is a risk involved with a random roll. I'll lock the topic as the question has been answer but I wish you better luck if you decide to try another roll.

Hi, you may use sand veil ability with sandstorm weather in ranked PvP. The evasion claus of the PvP rules only bans evasion moves and not abilities.
