Hello, I followed the steps you told me but it still does not work, I can not put the pokemon of my pc in my team.

Hi~ When i want to re-order my team, i drag them to the other pokemon that i wanted. But it doesnt work. the pokemon wont be switched. Also when i drag them to my PC, The wont allow to switch their either. Is this a bug, Because normally it worked but since i play on the silver server. i cant swith any pokemon at all. Someone can help me pls?
