  3. Hello everyone, Indeed, maintenance is still ongoing while staff test out new additions to the game, which is why Silver is online, but locked. I'm afraid that there is no ETA until testing is over; all I can ask is to be patient with us, as we have quite a bit of content being released that all need testing. The new client is available for download and can be found on our Downloads page. Regarding the Windows PC client in particular, the mega.nz host is not updated to the current version, therefore, you will need to download the new "Roots" version from the Mediafire links. Hi Bhanuakhil, The only way to reset your password for PRO is through the PRO Dashboard Password Reset prompt; if you have entered your PRO information into a link that isn't https://pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard/reset_pass.php, I highly suggest you go ahead and change your password now, as your information may have been compromised.   12. Hi Wasabitsuna, I'm sorry for any inconveniences that may have been occurred due to this bug! Actually, it is impossible to bring seven Pokemon in a PvP battle. What must have happened is as eltyyy described; the enemy player swapped into a Pokemon that died immediately due to hazards. When this happens, the game does not correctly register that Pokemon as fainted and therefore doesn't update the Pokeball icon properly. Unfortunately, there is no ETA as to when this bug will be fixed, but keep an eye out on the Downloads & Update Logs for when they will be.   14. Hi there, As your account existed before the Silver and Gold servers were created, you will need to merge your Red and Blue save data in order to log into the Silver server. You appear to be getting this "Invalid Password" prompt because you haven't done so. You can complete the merging process on the dashboard. For more information regarding the merge, please read the Server Merge FAQ. If you encounter some issues, be sure to check out the Common Merge Errors: FAQ before making another post.   15. Hi Bondismexican, I'm sorry about this bug you've experienced! Unfortunately, this bug is a known issue and there is no ETA for when it will be fixed, as only a Developer has the ability to do so. Keep an eye out on the Downloads & Update Logs for when the fix is out! Despite this inconvenience, keep in mind you can hover over the routes and towns on the map to get a gist of where you're located at; the name of the location you're at will always be in the top right corner, below the clock.   20. Hi n9ne1987, There is no Trojan.exe or a virus of any sort in our PRO files, and our files are safe as long as you are downloading from our official Download Links. Due to the obfuscation of PRO's source code, it is triggered as a false positive by many anti-viruses. I hope this clears up your concerns; if you want to do any further testing, you are free to test do some testing; here's a Guide on Troubleshooting False Positives; VirusTotal is also a good site as another check to determine a possible virus. Feel free to test PRO files. With that said, you'll simply need to an an exception to your anti-virus for your PRO Folder and you shouldn't incur any issues. Keep in mind that once there is a client update, you may need to add an exception to your anti-virus if you start using a new PRO Folder. Hi CatiAinsworth, The free coins your friend received was part of the complimentary 40 coins PRO Staff gave to all existing accounts in March due to promotion, frequent server crashes, and complaints. You can read the post about it here. As your friend had signed up in 2015 and his account existed in March, he was also part of the playerbase that received the 40 coins. Unfortunately, as you have signed up after this incident, you will not be receiving those coins. If there is anything else I can help you with or clarify for you, please let me know.
