  1. From the looks of it, you barely meet the minimum requirements to run PRO on your desktop. You only have 2GB of RAM while the minimum of 2GB+ RAM is recommended. As for why it works better before the X'Mas version, it is caused by the Unity Engine where it needed an update to keep up with the latest changes. There has been some issue with this and there is not much we can do about it. Your best option would be to update your desktop's hardware. Other than that, you can try to update the graphics driver, install the latest windows update, and try to keep a minimum number of applications running at the same time before you try to launch PRO.   10. Hi there, I regret to inform you that we cannot refund a mistake like this. I'm extremely sorry, but there is nothing we can do to further your case. However, take solace in that Master Ball are fairly easy to replace as you can do the Solaceon News Reporter quest where you are guaranteed to get one Master Ball on the sixth day of the quest if you help the reporter consecutively. Master Ball also cost 10 PvP coins from the PvP Coin Master; the one in Vermilion is shown below in my screenshot: You can earn PvP coins by winning a Ranked PvP match.   11. Hi there, It looks like you did not meet the requirements to go there, specifically the 120 Pokemon natives from Kanto region (from range #1-#151 in the Pokedex).   24. Hi there, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It looks like you recently did the Heatran's Quest. Heatran's quest is made in a way to ensure its difficulty, so all your eventual Master Ball and Rare Candies are removed from you when you access the area. Just talk back to Buck inside the Stark Mountain Main Cavern once the level 99 Heatran is defeated, and you will get your items back. Good luck! Best regards, Astreus.
  25. Hi there, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but this is not a bug. For your information, Gulpin can have the ability Sticky Hold which protects itself from item theft. Your only option to get the item is to catch them. Other pokemon that can have this ability are Gulpin, Grimer, Shellos and their evolution line, Trubbish, and Accelgor.
