  3. Hi there, Your username is NoirTakumi and from the looks of it, you have not been around for awhile and some things have changed. For your information, Red and Blue is now the Silver server while the Gold server is formerly known as Yellow. Even if you played on just one of either Red or Blue server, you will need to merge your account or it will say "invalid username or password". You can find the details about the merge by checking the Merge F.A.Q. I've checked your account and your Blue server progress is still intact. So, when you merge your account, make sure to select Blue as your main account and all of your previous progress from Blue server will be brought forward to Silver. How to merge: [spoiler=Step 1]Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button: [spoiler=Step 2]Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done! If you have some errors while doing the merge, please do check the Common Merge Errors: FAQ before posting them here. As stated in the Common Merge Errors: FAQ, you will need to change your password if you're getting the invalid username or password. Changing to it to the same password should work.   12. Hi there, Just so you know, with different fishing rods, different pokémon will be fishable, depending on the spawns in that particular area. Usually, rarer pokémon typically requiring higher-tier rods to be fishable early on. You can get the Old Rod for free from the Fishing Guru in a Vermilion City house. [spoiler=Old Rod] You can get the Good Rod in Fuchsia City House 1 for 15,000, where you will need to have Old Rod to be able to purchase it. [spoiler=Good Rod] You can get the Super Rod in Olivine City House 1 (from the desk-bound NPC) for 75,000, where you will need to have Good Rod to be able to purchase it.   16. Hi there, To remove a tree, you will need to teach the move cut to your pokemon by using HM 01 - Cut. HM Cut is given by the captain of the SS Anne located near the vermilion docks in Vermilion City. After you cure the captain of his sickness with a potion made from a berry found in the trashbin in the kitchen, you will get Cut which you can use to cut down Trees located around the regions. For more detailed instructions on how to get it, I would recommend for you to check this Kanto Walkthrough specifically, under the SS Anne part. Do let me know if you have any issues in getting it.   22. Hi there, from what I've managed to gather, it looks like you're having this error when your graphics driver crashes. I would recommend for you to re-install the latest AMD graphics driver and please make sure it is a clean install or it won't fix your issue. You can also try to install the latest windows update as it was reported previously that a user managed to solve a similar issue by doing just that. Looking forward to your reply. Best of luck!   23. Hi there, Sorry for the inconvenience. Thor has gone ahead and added Aromatherapy to Liligant's Pre-Evo Move Tutor. You should be able to teach Aromatherapy by going to Pre-Evo Move Tutor located in the back of every daycare center. In order to unlock the Daycare Center, you will have to defeat Naero in Cerulean Cave The Daycares are located as follow: Route 5 (Kanto) Route 34 (Johto) Route 117 (Hoenn) Solaceon Town (Sinnoh) You can follow the links for more detailed information about everything underlined.   24. Hi there, Unfortunately, we can't reset your account as the Account Reset Request Thread has been closed for a while now. You will have to wait until PRO Staff open up the possibility to players again and there is no eta for it. As for your pokemon, you can always catch them again if you want to get a pokemon with good IVs and for EVs, you can use EV-reductive berries to reset it. Actually, everyone is allowed to have four accounts, one account per email, as stated in the Game Rules: In the meantime, if you still want an account reset, please be patient and keep on a lookout for the Announcements subforum or the announcement channel of our Discord Server. You can also try the following and see if that can help with your issue: Run PRO as Administrator Try both, the 32-bit and the 64-bit client - Download page Add PRO as an exception in your Windows Defender and try to run PRO. If that doesn't work, turn off your Windows Defender, extract PRO again and add the folder to the "exclusion list" of Windows Defender and re-enable Windows Defender.
