Hello!When I entered Valley Of Steel,met a torkoal and then i was stucked there.I tried to relog and nothing happened.I closed the game entirely and tried again to login and then again was stucked.Please fix it!!!

Hello PRO Account Team!Sorry ,but cannot understand why my progress in the game had been erased.I was in sinnoh region in the 7th gym and now am trying to login (after had downloaded the latest version )and am starting from the begining in kanto.XD:(What's going on???
