first video seems to be corrupted so i add the second unable to delete the first tho

Even when i did the ff.: 1. Change password 2. Re-install the client 3.waited for 10 hrs I also Installed in other device. And also am able to join gold I also havent had any infraction or bans But when i made a new account from another email I seemed to be able to join. Pls help
