When trying to connect to the server it always says invalid user or pass. Even when i did the ff.:

1. Change password

2. Re-install the client

3.waited for 10 hrs

 I also Installed in other device.

And also am able to join gold

I also havent had any infraction or bans

But when i made a new account from another email I seemed to be able to join.

Pls help

Have you merge your account in silver? Try to merge your account for silver in dashboard.

My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience as well as for the delay. 

 

It looks like you've only tried to reset your password before transferring to silver. Could you try to reset it on the dashboard or using this link ? Keep in mind that you must use a password alphanumeric, meaning that it only must contains letters and numbers.
