Depends on how it levels from either standpoint eevee is just the basic form of most evolutions of it

cupid city offers the same option as knto's safari but farming tarnishes the chart of eevee what if other regions were to offer more evolutions for eevee such as alola and kalos dunno just saying n/p

which applies to how many hearts it can learn through evolution because if u catch evee and it can learn charm or baby doll eyes I think u mean rating skill

Stat wise if its 6th gym its the 2nd to last tier so a strategy to complete 6-8 badges in time to train is to build a defensive strategy xp boost because alakazam or kadabra doesn't have a weakness against most pokes

It implies that a better defensive strategy should be applied against psychic because Sabrina has the same skill tree as earth badge that is why a balanced strategy will fare well against both

Base Stats will reflect how well magic guard is applied to the ability this means that iv's will reflect the ability and nature from what I hear.
