I have a full team of 100lvls but still cant fight with jessi and james boss they said that i dont even have pikachu so i took my pikachu but they still dont fight me

Are you sure that youa re meeting all the requirements?
I would like to inform you that in order to battle Jessie and James you have to meet th followng requirements:
- Have 6 Level 100 Pokemon in team
- Have a Level 100 Pikachu in team
For further info you can use the boss guide that you can find at this link : BOSS GUIDE
You can also add the REBORN BOT to your server and use the command ^boss to check the boss list and requirements.

Why I can't log in?
Hi @Yorukachan ! I would like to inform you that the servers are normally online.
Could you please describe what kind of error do you have? In case, please check even your account status on the DASHBOARD
Also could you please check the following things:
▪︎ Are you using Proxy?
Try not using it, and then test again
▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school?
Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case
It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post
You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first.
In the case that your account status is correctly active and you don't find yourself in any of the said aboe situations, please follow this procedure:
- Delete PRO Client/Application and all the files (.rar/.zip /.apk included)
- Delete all the related/remaining files of PRO (e.g temporary files), you can use a free software like Ccleaner to do that in the easiest way. Also, if you have a smartphone, restart it.
- Download the latest and most updated client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD PAGE
Looking for a reply, Keita/Heiwajima.

My phone is samsung galaxy j7+ and its android and i already turn on the unknown file after i download i cant install
If the downlaod doesn't work yet, or you find any problem while installing, please follow this procedure:
- Reset your app permissions ( Go in Settings, then applications. Afterwards, select reset app permissions and reset them)
- Try to download the client from a other browser like firefox
- Check the storage left
Also, remember to restart your phone.

i have the same problem. If i try to battle the team rocket they say always: "shoo away. Kids shouldn't meddle in adults business."
I read about to have 250h playtime before able to battle the team rocket. Is that my issue?

I would like to inform you that the requirements to meet in order to do the Pinkan Island quest are the following:
- Hoenn Champion
- 250 hours of playtime
By inspecting you it seems like you have 240 hours, and so you do not meet the requirements.

Did you do a fresh install before downloading the new client?
That mean deleting any single client and file of PRO, after deleting them you can use Ccleaner to have an easy way to clean everything.
After doing that download the latest client from OFFICIAL PRO DOWNLOAD WEBSITE.
If you already did that i would like to inform you that, as stated in the announcements channel on the OFFICIAL PRO Discord, this is an error that occurs on older Systems.
You can try to update your operating system or your graphics cards. Please do note that this is simply a suggestion and isn’t guaranteed to fix your error.
However i would like to inform you that this issue is still being looked into.

I would like to inform you that the client have been updated yesterday with all the updates related to the bugs and errors.

Make sure to delete the old client and all the related files before downloading the new one.

Furthermore, a 3 days Membership Medallion has been added to all the users inventory.

None of them worked. Tried out 3 different browser and nothing. It is says, connection error, while I have a good connection. Tried out both Android #1 and #2 but both stops at a ceetain percent.
Could you please try to delete download history and clearing the cache.

They say the 3 legendary birds are uncatchable, but many people saw that some players owns articuno, zapdos, moltres with 6x30-31 iv-s. how can we get one of them? Dont say it is impossible, if some of us can have one from them

I would like to inform you that it's currently impossible to catch Zapdos, Articuno and Moltres. They are useful just for their seen data, needed to catch Legendaries such as Mew.
If you've seen some legendary birds around, it is possible that it was a staff member. No legendary birds have been given in any tournament in my knowledge.

Hello. I can not download the new android client, while my phone got all the reqs for it. And not I am the only one who have this problem. My membership is still active, and I do not want to lose it. I tried out both mirror for android, but none of them worked. I always have a good connection, I have enough storage, so these 2 can not be the problem.

Hey guys, so I've tried downloading all win 64 and win 86on my pc through all links like media fore and mega and the android versions they still keep telling me they won't work and I can't loggin.. it says Its the wrong version when I know this is the correct one. Can I get some help please

I can confirm you that the website download links contain the latest and most updated client.
Also, please download the client version (x64/x86) in base of your operative system, using a different client may cause bugs and errors. You can check if you have 64 bit or 32 bit (32 bit = x86) in your system info.
With that said, can you please try the following procedure:
- Delete PRO Client/Application and all the files (.rar /.apk included)
- Delete all the related/remaining files of PRO (e.g temporary files), you can use a free software like Ccleaner to do that in the easiest way. Also, if you are from smartphone, remember to restart your phone.

I started Hoenn and the problem is that, I need to find something in the room, (it was Jirachi) i talked to her and when i try to leave the house i can't because it keeps saying i need to find something, I looked the staff guide and did al right, if can get teleported outside or restart hoenn anyway maybe would be solved.
Need to add i can't do anything in PRO with this bug.

I would like to inform you that the Dialogue Speeds, with the latest client update, are now slightly slower.
As stated by PRO STAFF, this is intended to be like that and it's not any kind of bug or error.
Remember to go in your settings and put the max. speed on the dialogue speed setting.
However, if you should experience longer freeze/waiting, counting that as stated above dialogues are now slower, you may try to delete your client and all the related files and then redownload it from : PRO WEBSITE OFFICIAL DOWNLOAD

Hi there !
I would like to inform you that there is not any bug or error related to the encounter of the new Hallioween Starters / Pokémon.
The Kanto Starters are all tier 9 or 9.5, in base of where you hunt them. Considering that, they are really rare Pokémon that may need a couple of time to be encountered.
There is not a specific time because it's all up to your luck, may be 5 minutes to find one or 2 hours.
Reemember that the chance of finding a Halloween Starter is 1/20 or 5%. That doesn't mean that you will find one of them each 20 Pokémon, that's because the chance is 1/20 for each encounter, and it always reset the next pokemon you encounter.
I leave you now, in case you are interested to know that, all the location where you can find each Kanto Starter to be hunted.

Since x86 bit is the same of saying x32 bit, you have to download the x86 one.
Also, remember to delete all the related/remaining files of PRO (e.g temporary files) before downloading the new client in order to not find any issue or error.
