I'm sorry for the inconveneince. I want to ensure you that all your progress is not lost and that is still there, you can get it back by reading the following procedure.
However, I would like to inform you that Red & Blue server merged to form Silver Server and the Yellow Server has now been renamed as the Gold Server.
If you played on the Red or Blue Server, you will have to merge your account by log in the > Dashboard < and merge your accounts. Make sure to select the right server as your main server.
In the case that you're still unable to log into Silver after merging your account, you'll have to reset your password on the dashboard choosing an alphanumerical one. (characters A-Z 0-9)
Furthermore, be sure to read the > Merge FAQ < for questions you may have, as well as the > Common Merge Errors:FAQ < if you may experience any issue while merging.
If you played on the Yellow server, then you can simply log on the Gold Server and should still have all your Items/Pokemon and continue your progress without doing any merges.
Also, remember to download the most updated client from > HERE <

If you see the maps different, it is cause PRO STAFF has changed them.
There is no ETA for when the event, or any other update, will come. However, keep an eye out on the > OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD <'s announcement channel and in the > FORUM ANNOUNCEMENT <, cause when it will start it will be posted there.

So I wanted to change the order of my pokemons in my PC, when that thing arrived and blocked 2 of my pokemons on the game screen. I can't remove then :'(

I would like to inform you that this is a known bug and PRO STAFF is aware of that.
However, to fix this error, you simply need to close the client and restart it.
Once you have closed and restarted the client, the two pokemon on your display (bronzong and magikarp) will have disappeared.

Thanks for reporting your issue. I would like to inform you that this is a known error happened due to the recent spawns changes. If you are interested, you can find the log related to the changes > HERE <.
PRO STAFF is already aware of this issue and will fix it. In my knowledge, everything should be fixed with the next server restart, but there is not an estimated time for when it will happen.
For now, if you need to hunt a Pokémon, you can use the command " ^s nameofthepokemon " (without the "" ) in the #bot-command section in the > OFFICIAL PRO Discord < .That will show you all the location where a certain Pokèmon can be found.

Hi there, i'm sorry for the inconvenience.
However, i would like to inform you that PRO STAFF doesn't offer a way to de-evolve pokemon since they can't do it.
PRO STAFF can only help evolving them or de-levelling (as said in the >Evolution & Deleveling < ) them in case you levelled them to 100 and can't evolve them anymore.
Make a Pokemon back to a previous state
It's impossible and we do not offer this kind of support.

I would like to inform you that if you refuse to help Brock, he will go away for a bit of time.
However he will come back after 6 days of cooldown and so you will be able to start the quest again.
Remember to press YES the next time you will be able to interact with him, in that way you will be able to start the quest.

When I deleted that player, while he/she was offline, he stopped being in my friendlist, but the message was still popping up, when he/she was online. Hi there, the command you are looking for is /friend nameoftheplayer.
Quoting the wiki page related to the > List of available commands < :
/friend <username> | /fri <username>
Usage: Sends a friend request to <username>.
Using the command on a friend who is online will remove <username> from your friend's list.
As said above, you can unfriend a person even doing the same command when the said person is online.

Hello! I had to play a lot of months and some months ago I added a player in the game, but some days after, I unfriended him while he was offline, but whenever he was online, the message in the top right corner that was saying that "this player is online", continued to appear. Someone told me that I have to unfriend them, while they are online. Is this or was a bug? And also, if it still a bug can you fix it please?

I would like to inform you that this is a known bug. Sometimes, when you delete friends when they are offline, they still popup in your friendlist and in the message that show they came online.
You can try to fix that by unfriending them while they are online. If they still are in your friendlist, since it happen that a player appear back in your friendlist after you delete them, just do that when they are online.
Instead, if you already deleted them, try to add them while they are online, relog and then unfriend them while they are online.
If it doesn't work, type it here and wait for a reply from PRO STAFF in order to receive a better and more accurate reply.

Jello after i beat the elite 4 can i battle with his victory road again?

I would like to inform you that Normal NPC, like the one you find normally in the routes, reset after 7 days you battled them since their cooldown is of 7 days.
This include the Victory Road ones.
If you are interested instead to Battle the Elite Four again, i'm sorry to disappoint you but that's not possible.

Oh so it is not a bug? Because some months ago I used to use it as dig spot. So when did u do this dig spot to be an example of how a dig spot is like when it is opened?
I can confirm you that it's not a bug and that it is intentionally made like that.
In my knowledge, it's always been like that and it never had a reset time, if that can answer to your question.
About the fact that you digged it in the past, maybe you are confusing that with the other ones.

I would like to inform you of the fact that, as stated by pro staff other times, that dig spot serves to players to give them an example of how a Dig Spot works and to demonstrated them that those diggable patches can be digged.
It is intended to have it not resetting and to let it like that.

Hi there, i would like to inform you that the current amount of Happiness required for each move is the following:
- Dig: 150 or more Happiness and Kanto 3rd Badge
- Headbutt: 150 or more Happiness
In the case you will need again any info about the amount of Happiness required for a certain move, you can use this image:
To check the Happiness of your Pokémon you can go in the in-game chat and type /happy 1-6 (e.g /happy 1 ), in base of the slot of your Pokémon.

Hi there, i would like to inform you that there is not a specific time for when the Season will end and the rank resetted.
In my knowledge, this usually happen the last day of the month (or first of the next, in base of your timezone) when an Admin is around and available to restart the server.
When the season will be ended and the server will restart, an announcement will be made on the > OFFICIAL PRO Discord < and a thread with the results will be also posted in the > PvP Season Results < forum section.

I am not being able to make my mamoswine and weavile learn icicle crash. Is it a bug or not? Which poke can learn those moves??

I would like to inform you that Icicle Crash, on Mamoswine and Weavile, is an Egg Move.
Egg Moves are particular moves that can be taught only by accessing the Daycare and by talking to the NPC paying a fee of 15,000 pokedollars.
In order to be able to access the Daycares you have to beat boss Naero, which is located in Cerulean Cave B1F.
Cerulean Cave can be accessed by meeting the following requirements:
- Get the Dragon membership (200 000$ at Blackthorn's Dragon Club)
- Get the Dragon Medalion (240 caught data, shown at said club)
- Defeat the Dragonite in Dragons Den B1F to be able to pass through him
- Defeat Lance further into Dragons Den B1F
After meeting the said requirements, this is how to access Cerulan cave:
How to access:
You can either go through:
- Route 4, west of Cerulean, go around the trees and surf northeast
or
- Route 24, north of Cerulean, go around the bridge and surf back south
The requirements to battle Naero are the following:
- Have 6 level 100 pokemon in team
- Have atleast 201 hours in game

Hello everyone !
This is a guide that will show you how to reach Route 224 step by step.
It may seem hard to reach, but i can guarantee you that by following this guide, it will be really easy.

Be Sinnoh Champion
Route 224 is a Sinnoh route located at the east end of Sinnoh Victory Road, through B1F Deep.
To be able to access Sinnoh Victory Road B1F Deep, a player must be first Sinnoh Champion.
In that way, the NPC Miner Justin will open the way that will lead to Sinnoh Victory Road B1F Deep and that will lead then to the Route 224
Route 224 does not currently lead anywhere, however trainers will be able to hunt rare pokemon like Hawlucha or Bunnelby, which are not available in many other maps
To reach Sinnoh Victory road, which will then lead to Route 224, we have to start from Sunyshore City. So, lets just move there.
From Sunyshore City, head to north until you find a surfable zone; use surf and keep going north.
Once you have reached Route 223, keep surfing northwards until you find a Waterfall; climb it and enter in the Sinnoh Victory Road

Once you entered the cave, you have to find the way that will bring you to the entrance of the Sinnoh Victory Road B1F Deep
It may look hard, but don't worry, just follow the path drawn on the map

When you have found the way, you will find yourself in the Sinnoh Victory Road Deep Entrance.
Take the only entrance available to the right part of the map and you will be teleported to the Victory Road B1F Deep.
Now, this may look a really tricky map, but it is instead really easy.
As before, follow the path drawn on the map linked below

When you have reached the exit of Victory Road B1F Deep, take the teleport and you will found yourself in Sinnoh Victory Road B1F Deep Exit
Once you are there, take the only exit available to the right part of the map and you will find yourself in Route 224
