Hi, i really want a dragonscale but i heard i can only get this in sevi islandq. But i'm only in johto league and i really want to evolve my seadra for the league. So i was wondering if someone could sell me a dragonscale for a low price :/ Like 10 000? I can go everywhere in Kante and Johto. Thx you guys !
