  2. Hi dude. The red and blue server has been merged and was renamed silver. if you had characters on blue and red server you had to go to the accounts tab on the homepage and log in. Once logged in you merge your account then you can log in game and receive all your pokemon, items and progress you made.

  5. Hi. It sounds like you were hit in a rollback where the server seemed to have crashed. Unfortunately staff cannot do anything about this issue as stated here: ▶︎ READ THIS BEFORE MAKING A SUPPORT TOPIC ! ◀︎ Lost by crash issues (Including disconnections and rollbacks) Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.
  6. Hi, As far as I know Staff will not transfer accounts between servers as stated in the this post : ▶︎ READ THIS BEFORE MAKING A SUPPORT TOPIC ! ◀︎ Transfer or Reset account We will not. You are entitled to create another account; as the rules state you can have only 1 per e-mail address (you are permitted to have up to 4 accounts per person) or play in other servers as each server have different save. Staff will not disable, transfer, delete, or reset your account.
  7. Hi dude. So to merge your account you need to go to the home page and go to the accounts dashboard and log in. once your in there is the silver server which will ask you to merge accounts from blue and red. Once that is completed you can play with all your previous items and progress on silver server. Hope that helps!
  8. have you started a new game in gold server? if you cannot get into the silver server it is because you need to merge your account in the account management dashboard on the main page. then you can play with your friends hopefully from where you left off as I can see your quite an old player.
  9. um dude your pokemon doesn't have an OT on the rattata, I don't think a staff member will change that for you and I recommend you go catch another one and train it unfortunately.
  10. no OT is original trainer, OT cannot be changed for trading pokemon because they have important aspects to quests and events. Unfortunately I do not think a staff member will change that for you.
  11. Hi dude your account is not lost, blue and red got merged and basically accounts on both can also be merged or separated but you need to go on to the account dashboard. Then all your pokemon and region completion should be on the Silver server.
  12. drag it from your pc into your team on the top left. If there is a pokemon in your party it will just swap them. Also are you starting a different region
  13. I cannot get back to Vulcan Island and I also don't think he's supposed to be saying scripting commands XD
