Do you know the differences between IV's and EV's? Yes, Iv's are random stats that you can do nothing about from 1-31, in the other hand EV's are efort values which you can train as you want. You get them by defeating pokemons, every pokemon gives different Evs for example zubat gives 1 point of speed. A stat can only have a total of 252 points of Ev's and the maximum total is 510

Are you an active member that enjoys communicating and helping other people? I usually log in atleast 5 days of the week. This is the first pokemon mmo game I played so at the start people helped me alot, those people made me like this game now I am trying to do same for newe players helping them when I can.
Why do you feel you would make a good member of our guild? I know a bunch about competitive pokemon scene which I can help people if they want to learn about it. I also grind alot so I have extra high level pokemons which I can give away for peeople to use in gym where they get stuck or for the league etc. And ofcourse I am a friendly person.
