so I nearly beat a guy. he was about to send his last poke. but then I waited 10 mins and he never sent it out. game kicked me out by saying I am afk. now I log back in and I lost rank. wtf is this? that was my victory. now I lost the match. devs please look Into this

I am positive it has been 6/days since I last used dig on the kanto dig sites but they havent respawned. I even asked the guy at verm pc and he said not broken. please help me devs

my game was working just fine last night. today morning the game got really slow and hence i asked in helpchat why is the game running slowly and then suddenly i was forcefully ejected from the game and i cant log back in because i am banned. i regularly help in help chat. i dont spam and i dont harass anyone. can i be given a reason for my ban
