Well if you had caught it right before the server crash there is this thing called rollback that happens, Sometimes when the server crashes, you might lose a bit of your progress due to a rollback. Unfortunately, you will not be refunded of anything you lost in a rollback/crash. Hey diskuid so a suggestion i would make is to try to make someone else the guild leader and leave the guild so as to fix things. If that doesnt work try kicking your friend restart the game together and reinvite him followed by promotions. This usually works for me so you can give it a go

So the devs werent able to contact the server provider yesterday and so a fallback server was established which was extremely laggy unfortunately as mentioned by Cames the developer in PRO discord. However it should be better by now.

If you do have unevolved high level starters I would suggest you beat all the trainers you left behind in snowpoint city if you have anya left or ask for a lend pokemon service. Lending a powerful lvl 100 mon will not cost much so that does wonders

Well i am just gonna be frank with you here. Client crashing is somewhat of a problem on your end. It happens in many video games where when you crash you can end up losing a significant amount of progress and no amount of requesting will get you your progress back. Not to discourage you in anyway but accidents like this can happen now and then and we can end up losing things that are precious to us.
