I'm on the latest windows and I dont see anything

How?

I have a windows 64 bit computer and whenever I download any of the three download options I get the folder in the top picture. When I click Pro Client I get an error, but for last couple of years, before this update, all I had to do was extract it then it would run. However what I get instead is the bottom picture which for some reason removes the pro client. I don't know what to do.

I clicked on connect to served and it said cannot connect to server. I even reseted my router and it changed nothing. I am playing at home and not connected to any work/school internet

I saw that the requirements to get to trainers valley is to battle red, have 120 caught and 38 evolved. I have battled red, I have 166 caught and 45 evolved, yet the option to get to trainers valley doesn't show up. Is there another requirement that I don't know about.

I bought membership again and nothing happened. Maybe the membership doesn't go into effect for a few days, if so please inform me, otherwise I just wasted my money.

I bought the 15 day membership on September 8th 2018 and I got to use it to go to Pinkan island but after that the membership disappeared, basically I couldn't do anything that I should be able to do with a membership. Please help me and thank you.

I know that the last trainer for the sinnoh quest requires a huntail and I know the only place to get it is from the abandoned ship quest but I got a clamperl instead. Where else can I find a huntail?
